EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We at La Clinique are passionate about making one-of-a-kind items, so we give you the chance to appreciate your priceless purchase just as much as we do when we make it for you.

 But if you're unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange it or return it, please get in touch with our customer care staff; we'll be more than delighted to assist you.


ONLINE POLICY

Products purchased online from lacliniquedesparfums.com must be returned through our local customer care.

  • We are not liable for anything you purchase from a third-party website.
  • If the item is not opened and is within 14 days of purchase, we offer exchanges or refunds for the same priced items; however, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs.
  • If the product has been opened but we have determined that it is incorrect or of poor quality, we offer exchanges or refunds for the same priced items within 14 days.
  • You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to inform us that you intend to cancel it.

IN STORE POLICY

  • If an item is purchased from a Swiss Arabian store and is returned unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, the La Clinique store will exchange the item or issue a refund.
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for oud or loose oils.
  • Any special offers or other offers that are exchanged will be at full price rather than the discounted price. If there is a quality problem, the product will be replaced with the same one.
  • When exchanging items or receiving a refund, the invoice must be present.

Only the same product may be substituted for items that are on sale; gifts and free samples cannot be exchanged or returned.
